The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and Lanero jewellery Ltd.By placing an order on this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is correct and accurate and that there will be somebody available to sign for and take delivery of the goods. All orders are delivered using FEDEX Courier Services. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of the courier. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by by email within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of the date on which you placed the order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Lanero offers an excellent returns service and will offer an exchange or full refund on items as you require. Please note, jewellery that has been worn or damaged cannot be returned. Silver is a soft metal and is prone to pick up surface scratches during wear, this is quite normal. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have become badly damaged from abrasive scratching on the surface of the jewellery, which has then impacted on the legibility of the engraving, regardless of the amount of time the child has worn the jewellery. We have rigorous quality control and the jewellery is sent in perfect condition. Children’s jewellery is not a toy and it should be worn with care as with adult jewellery. We recommend supervision particularly with babies wearing jewellery. For further information please go to “Jewellery care”. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any earrings for exchange or refund. Items will be refunded within 14 days; proof of postage may be required as Lanero cannot be held responsible for missing goods. Exchanges and refunds will be made within 14 days. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the exchange is completed. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased. Payment must be received in whole for the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, an order confirmation e mail will be sent to you at the email address you provided on your order form. You will be billed in your local currency, for the amount that appeared. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. Jewellery should not be worn by babies and children under the age of 3 years as small parts may represent a choking hazard. Babies and toddlers should not be left unattended wearing any jewellery. Jewellery pieces are not toys and should not be given to babies or very young children to play with. Jewellery should never be worn overnight.
